AfterShip Personalization supports a range of pricing plans from Free, Essentials, to Enterprise to accommodate the marketing goals of businesses of any size.

In this article, we will take you through AfterShip Personalization's range of service tiers designed to fulfill the expectations of businesses at different scales of operations. Each tier packs premium features, order, and revenue quota limits to help you extract the maximum value of each $ spent.

Let’s see what each pricing tier offers, monthly order quotas, and revenue brackets to help ensure you'll always get more than you pay for.


Free Trial



A Free Trial begins immediately after the initial installation.

Users on a Free Trial get

A 14-day all-inclusive free trial of the AfterShip Personalization app after sign-up

Unlimited monthly orders quota

No limits on revenue generated from the AfterShip Personalization app, including the cart page, checkout page, post-purchase offers, etc.

Free access to key data metrics, including impressions on upsell and cross-sell offers, offers accepted by customers, and total revenue generated over time.

No guaranteed Return on Investment (ROI)

Free Trial Expiration



Users must upgrade to one of the subscription plans— Free, Essentials, or Enterprise, once the 14-day free trial is over

If the 14-day free trial is over and the user has still not upgraded to any subscription plan, all the features and quotas will be suspended with immediate effect

Users will be notified in advance via email informing them of the number of days left in their free trial

Payment for all the subscription plans will be made through your Shopify account using your primary payment method


Subscription Plans



Free Plan


The Free Plan comes with monthly order and revenue generation limits.

Users on Free Plan get

50 orders per month

Up to $200 in revenue generation limit via the AfterShip Personalization app

Access to all premium features

Your first invoice will be calculated based on your store's OPM (orders per month) count, AfterShip Personalization revenue generated, and the aligning tier

Note: On exceeding the quota limit, the plan will be auto-upgraded to the next suitable pricing tier. You will return to your original plan the following month.

Essential Plan


The Essentials Plan starts from $9 and goes to $749.

In each tier, users get

100-7,500 orders per month based on the pricing tier

From $400 to $30K revenue generation limit based on the pricing tier

Access to all premium features

Note: On exceeding the quota limit, the plan will be auto-upgraded to the next suitable pricing tier. You will return to your original plan the following month.

Enterprise Plan


The Enterprise Plan starts from $999 for businesses that deal in huge order volumes.

Users on Enterprise plan get

Unlimited monthly orders quota

Access to all premium features

Access to premium support and onboarding services

Limit of up to $40K in revenue generated via the AfterShip Personalization app

An additional $249 charge will apply when the revenue generated reaches $40K, and for every additional $10K after that

When will the plan be auto-upgraded to the next suitable tier within the Essentials Plan?


#1 If the monthly order quota is ≤ 7,500 and the revenue generated is ≤ $30K, the plan will be auto-updated to the related tier in real-time, and the final invoice will be calculated accordingly.

#2 If the monthly order quota is > 7,500 and the revenue generated via AfterShip Personalization exceeds the $30K threshold, the plan will be auto-upgraded to a new plan, and the final invoice will be calculated as follows

If the monthly order quota is > 7,500 and revenue generated is < $30,000, the extra charge will be calculated as such

Enterprise plan charges - {Existing plan} = $999 - {Existing plan}

If the monthly order quota is > 7,500 and revenue generated is > $30,000, the extra charge will be calculated as such

Enterprise plan charges - {Existing plan} + ( {Revenue generated} - {Enterprise plan revenue threshold} / 10K) * {An additional $249 charge will apply when the revenue generated reaches $40K, and for every additional $10K after that}

FAQs



1. Will my bills be calculated on a pro-rata basis?


Yes, we prorate our invoices. We look back at the order volume and revenue generated in the last 30 days when it is time to issue a new bill. The results from the last 30 days will determine the total billing period cost.

2. What if my store sells in multiple currencies?


Our bills are calculated in US Dollars. If your store is enabled to sell in multiple currencies, the amount is calculated based on current exchange rates at the time of your invoice.

3. What if my store sells in currencies other than US Dollars?


Our bills are calculated in US Dollars. If you use any other currency, the amount is calculated based on current exchange rates at the time of your invoice.

4. How will the bill be calculated if multiple stores are connected to one organization?


The bills will be calculated by taking the sum of the individual monthly bills of each store within the same organization.
